It works with 2 way data-link and man in the loop so the pilot in the chopper can chose the target. Or the missile can be guided from a spotter behind the enemy line. Tb2 can spot the target. The war in Ukrain have learned that best way to engage with a attack chopper is far from the fire.

If the project goes like this, MILDEN will be build earlier. The MILDEN project is officially started with conceptual and after 2025 they are planning to build the submarine. Ther is no conceptual design for the the TF-2000.

TF2000 will start after they finished I-class project and HISAR class OPV. These HISAR are cheap to produce and when needed they are able to arm them heaviliy 10 pieces. After that they will start TF-2000. If everything goes with no problem 2028+, MILDEN is more important then TF-2000 if you ask...
