Doesnt makes sense.. It is too costly to have a nuclear reactor for commercial fleet, plus to refuel , you will have to cut open the hull every 10 years. That is why it makes sense to make huge fckin huge tankers with diesel engines which bring down the cost down

Reason is education ,especially medical education is very expensive in India, plus it is really tough to get in government colleges, BD has some good colleges, and since all these were established by British, we have similiar courses too..so could be possible that due to cheap quality education...
