Define destabilized region ? if a country has nuclear warheads . it means no other country will dare to attack it in any case. If iran will create its nuclear capability then there will be no talks of war any more but just talks/meeting to deal with issue.

hmmm i doubt that. But Pakistan don't hype its defense issue like India do. So its too early to say whats cooking. But there is some deal going to be made sooner or later .
