SU-35S can track and engage at around 300km, not a mere 120km. That's around double to triple that of the likes of Rafale, Gripen-E, F-16, and F/A-18 Super Hornet

RCL serves a very important role. Not the best at anti tank, but amazing at everything else, especially fire support and rounds are dirt cheap

An automated cannon with proximity fuse rounds and guided by radar + EO is not the same as some British conscript in the 40s shooting at a plane with a metal optic

Good news. Also oes anyone know the reason why Sina class "P234 Separ" has the same design as older Kaman class and not other Sina class vessels? Like Fath-40 over GAM-B01 copy, Kaman class's radar array, etc Fath-40 AAA (Bofors copy) can dual function as CIWS I believe

When facing quadcopter swarms you will most definitely not be using SAMs like Majid. You'd be using jammers and gun based C-RAM systems. The latter of which is already used by FARAJA border guard

In combat there's no situation where AWACS fly without other aircraft in the air. Also with their radar range, they can't detect other aircraft long before they can engage with those missiles. Russia/CSAT no longer can be pushed around by US pressure, that's something that works well for Iran...

Iran has a copy it showed off. Idk if they'll procur it though. As the RPG-30 they showed a copy of just next to it seems much more likely because same penetration + ability to bypass APS. Iran has an extremely massive amount of RPG-7 and RPG-29. No need to replace them especially because...

Karrar is still useful as a UCAV and it's RCS probably isn't that bad. It's payload is quite good too While Sofreh Mahi project died, they likely incorporated what they learned into Sejjil and Ghadir. Which fit what you're describing

AWACS serve other purposes, have 360° coverage unlike F-14AM, can coordinate forces, etc. They're a useful asset. Hell they could probably coordinate drones While yes Ukrainian MiGs are better, Iranian MiGs could be modernized to be comfortable to or superior to F-16/F-18 variants (F-16 being...

Btw many think the 72 passenger airliner will be based on Simorgh, it won't be. It appears it'll be jet powered Perhaps an AWACS could be based on it using Erieye style radar

Ukrainian MiG-29s don't have R-77, only R-27. Iran could easily procur more MiG-29s from a bunch of former Soviet countries or russia who's retiring their stock for cheap. Then modernize those

Iran already has jet powered UCAVs, like Karrar or Shahed-191 Iran has Ghadir and Sejjil under development. Venezuela has actually joined the Ghadir program. They're basically large jet powered stealth UCAVs

No it's not lol. SU-35 is 80 million USD with weapons, training, and other stuff. Export unit cost without that is probably like 40-60 million USD. Compare that to nearly 200 million USD for Rafale Almas is equivalent to Spike LR (Almas-2 comparable to Spike ER), not NLOS
