F-18E/F Super Hornet is an entirely different platform than F-18C/D Hornet despite their similar name & designation. Comparing them is like comparing orange to apple. I doubt the reason is to match RSAF, the most likely consideration are combat range & payload among other things

Last I read it doesn't have internal weapon bay. IIRC provision for internal weapon is use for fuel tank. If anyone have more update info on this? I doubt we can cancel Su-35 deal outright. Few months ago I kept seeing some news of increasing palm oil export to Russia. The way I see it, we...

IMO That hydrogen train look just another gimmick to me I strongly doubt the cost of the initial hydrogen infrastructure + higher operating cost could offset the cheaper operating cost of electric loco + initial railway electrification. Extremely doubtful. If FN has some business acumen they should license build SCAR unfortunately in this case they don't.

Formula E coming to Jakarta in June 6th 2020

I personally already lose interest in Formula 1 due to how the whole championship were managed. But Formula E (albeit as equally crap shitty) represent the future of automobile which is electric vehicle and to some degree it kinda interesting although I'm no longer as thrill as I was about...

China's Rare Earth: News & Discussions

Even IF they re-open their own mine it won't be as economically viable compare to importing it. US labour cost and all others related regulation will drive the cost far higher compare to the alternative of importing them.

Dunno for TNI-AU procurement, but those spare C-17 was originally build as spare for USAAF, but Boeing is for-profit company so if there is a buyer they will sell it (ada uang ada barang)

Because Boeing still has 20 of them waiting for buyer, and with the numbers of C-17 in service with the USAAF support & spare parts will still be available for decades to come.

Cambodia 5G set to leapfrog ASEAN rivals with Huawei and ZTE

The main reason for that was Kriegsmarine failure to adapt to the changing situation at North Atlantic and still using WW1 line of thinking of big battle wagon (Bismarck-class) doing commerce raiding role instead of focusing in cruiser or destroyer to escort / protecting their logistic line...
