My step dad is Pakistani, and he doesn't have any kind of ill thoughts or opinions on them..but again, he could be because he's a Baloch, and Balochi people don't really have a dog in the fight between Pakistan and India.

I know a lot of Arabs who visit India for mostly medical reasons. It's simply because India is cheap and they don't rip off other peoples when it comes to pricing and good will when it comes to health of the person.

The Kalash unique religion should be preserved since it's a kind of religion that is the closest to historical Vedic religion. I hope Pakistan protects the Dardic peoples of Pakistan and even to the ones in Inida(Kashmiris).

I'm not sure about that, but British Pakistanis have equal rights something expatriates don't have it here including other Arab foreigners like Egyptians, Palestinians and so on.
