You need to get real.
That's just an argumentum ad populum pandering to US rhetoric so it means absolutely nothing. China believes SCS as belonging to hers, and nothing you say or do is going to change that. So you're just going to have to agree that China believes it's her own territory...
Dichoi you are confusing yourself because it's accepted that PRC inherits all regions that ROC possessed so basically it's like a continuation from the previous rulers.
But very importantly, I must stress that China is different from other "developing" countries. Anybody with a single brain cell can work that out. Like name another developing country that has an academic institution (or two) in the Times top 50.
Peking University overtook University of Tokyo...
Yes you could be right in that snow makes the weather "warmer", given that snow can act as an insulator, which is why people built igloos rather than just sleeping in the open cold. Perhaps someone here with more insight can confirm this speculation though.
Excuse me but climate is more accurate because it measures temperatures daily over many, many years.
Your week long anecdotal experience does not disprove that on average, Heilongjiang and much of Northern China is colder than Sapporo.

Okay, so I work for a Japanese company, in international development, in rail/transport specifically. This post will be very industry-specific, but may have some general interesting points here and there.
I deal with the Japan vs. Chinese technology question...

Imagine something like this, so awesome
Well there's going to be legal problems because the area is disputed. There are many overlapping claims from multiple countries. But my interpretation of the current events is that China considers it her own territory that's why they are building there. They really don't see it as that area...
I think Zsari has more knowledge than me so you should believe him over me. But I was under the impression China sees it as building within its own territory.
You're judgement is clouded.
The advert existed, I'm not saying it didn't. What I'm talking about is that Vietnamese media thought the advert was real.
If the people behind Vietnamese media weren't so stupid then perhaps your embarrassment would have been avoided.
I'm sure many Chinese...
>Chinese makes joke advert
>Vietnamese media doesn't understand satire reports it as real
>People laugh at Vietnamese
If the people behind Vietnamese media weren't so stupid then perhaps your embarrassment would have been avoided.
No, im pretty sure they defended (not invaded) their territory in 1974 and 1988 because they believed it was theirs anyway. They saw that other countries started colonising their territory so they wanted to put a stop to it.
And UNCLOS is pointless because there's just too many bullying tactics...
