When I visited Pakistan last year I saw trucks and buses on fast lane and overtaking from the middle lane. No sign of traffic police anywhere. If it was happening in a civilised country the driver will spent quite sometime in jail and the vehicle will be impounded as well. No wonder ye hadsa hua...
