Okay then lets bring Nawaz again. He'll cut the funding to dams and give massive subsidies; announce a bullet train and then get lost to UK again, putting us back in the bust cycle and another IMF programme. That must be the right direction..
Pakistan is in the right direction, people who are...
Siasat.pk is ranked better in both global (expats) and local engagement. However, a lot of discussion is conducted in Urdu and the crowd quality is relatively low as compared to here, which is down to two reasons: first its infested with political party supporters and there's always some...
Not really, it's a mixed coverage. They have invited people like Mohsin Dawar, Brig Asad Muneer (late) and CCFair types to talk on Pakistan as well, who do nothing but bashing.
They're afraid that the govt. will grab their lands under the guise of afforestation. To be honest such fears aren't always unfounded. It's their right to protect their land.
If we had the money we would've been sitting on those shiny Eurofighters by now. PAF even tested them some 15 years ago and found it a mind-blowing machine, but far too expensive.
Not Afghanistan but CARs. The entire BRI project passes through many countries which include CARs, so the logic that Iranian route will have the disadvantage of many countries in its path doesn't work. You're underestimating Chinese financial muscle.
One implication is that Chinese are tired of the Baloch in-fighting, paranoid Indians and their threats, and the bureaucratic incompetence in Pakistan and want to secure itself another port which can serve as an alternative to Gwadar. $400 billion isn't some trifling sum, you can't ignore it...
They still require a majority in senate to do that. Senate elections are due next year, so I guess wait for it if they do it..
Their current commitment is Karachi package and they keep releasing funds.
Karachi Package: Federal government released funds totally for two-third of projects for...
I remember Ali Zaidi was very active last year with his #LetsCleanKe campaign. Things remained under control. This year he didn't do anything.
To impose any governor rule in Sindh, PTI requires a majority in both upper & lower houses. Maybe next year..
One can clearly see the difference in quality of this Chinese-built motorway (by Gezhouba group) in comparison to those FWO-built motorways (Swat motorway, Karachi-Hyderabad motorway etc). Hazara motorway truly seems of an international standard.
China needs to be a bit smart and don't do these acts. They'll alienate the Muslim world as well. US & it's allies are already loving this and itching to do something against China using this as pretext.
Indonesian armed forces gear is seriously lethal and excellent, frankly it's the most standout and noticeable thing in Indo Forces from the pics I have seen.
Indians, when talking to a Pakistani guy:
"All Pakistan are terrorist!! All Pakistan are terrorist!! All Pakistan are terrorist!!"
Indians, when talking to a Pakistani girl:
"We are the same people!! We are the same people!! We are the same people!!"
Just like there's no Left in India - who has the same agenda as the Right Wing, albeit differing on the strategy to attain the goals of the agenda - unfortunately there's no true liberal Left in Pakistan either. These are just pseudo-liberals whose real purpose is to look after American interest...
Keep your head buried in the sand, screaming at everything that goes against your narrative as a 'conspiracy' is an age-old Indian tactic, it's getting boring now. Of course poor innocent Indians can't do anything wrong, they never fished in the troubled waters of East Pakistan to dismember our...
There's no Indian Right or Left, they're two sides of the same coin who have similar eventual goals. What they disagree on is the way of approach to the goal.
The 'left' wants it done in a planned, systematic, patient and methodical manner; but the majority lost patience with them so they...
