When people say we need to be like the West I think they usually mean we need rule of law and meritocracy (as they have implemented this to a significant extent)
for some reason we think rule of law and meritocracy is some kind western system with a patent on it or something
people should say...
In my opinion the US did not lose the war at least not in the traditional or significant sense. They lost purely from a political sense, the American military did not lose anything, it was the political objectives that were stupid from the day the Taliban was toppled.

also consider that the remittances is most likely some peoples (1mil) pocket change not even everyone living abroad (9 mil), VS the total exports of a multiple industries in pakistan, this paints an even more abysmal picture

Or when a terror attack occurs, many in Pakistan start slagging off afghans many of whom are just poor...
You are right in that sense, but I was talking more about being conditioned to think that pakistan is the most superior country in almost all the world
its largely a south asian mentality thing to think this way. To some extent the same mentality would occur in Pakistan had the conditions been switched but maybe not so extremely.
My mum told me that when she was in school (70s/80s) the teachers would condition students to believe that Pakistan...
Airline ticket pricing is a very complex. Prices depend on multitude of factors from number of passengers, season, risk, route, insurance costs, etc.

Imo Iran regime just likes to
A. Feel important
B. Make as many bad guys as it can around itself so as to consolidate power internally
C. Don't like the idea that inferior dark skinned indus people (pakistan) have a more important position in the matter than the great Persia
Notice I said...
