You're right and I understand that, but I was just commenting on the general perception that if there is any sort of setback, it is considered some sort of failure.

I don't know why some people gain pleasure from such moments. Failures and setbacks are an essential part of advancing up the technological ladder. If one doesn't fail or mess up, than one will never feel the need to take the next step and work on a more refined or advanced product.
