Under what moral code or culture is this ok? A woman goes through hell and the courts have no qualms about letting these horrible people go...is this the Pakistan we all wanted, because it surely is becoming this way.
If only all their assets could be frozen...these politicians do such an amazingly bad job that they dont even deserve the salaries they earn, much less the millions they rob the country of.
The PAF has done well with limited resources. With a relatively small area to defend, it makes no sense to compare the airforces on a one on one basis. We are talking about a majority of engagements taking place within or near the Pakistani border, we have the assets to defend the nation, and...
uhhh...seriously? You want robbers and thieves to murder innocent people? Real classy my man, I hope the indo-pak leadership structure doesnt have too many people of your ilk.
Any thread that presents a subject matter even remotely important is derailed after the first couple of posts by this weird competition of whos country is more poor and more backward...Pakistan is a complete mess, minorities in Pakistan dont have the representation that a more accepting nation...
I agree with T-Faz, we tend to employ a muslim centric foreign policy, instead of a Pakistan centric one. Logically, in no way is Israel an enemy of Pakistan, situated so far away, we wouldn't even be able to fight if we wanted to. Pakistan can gain much from a small country that is surrounded...
I agree, I am a big fan of the cfts, plus we apparently have hundreds of amraams sitting somewhere, and the sd-10 should be operational by now but we have no pics of either missile in PAF service, talk about secrecy.
If only trashing one's neighbor would solve all the problems Pakistan and India face...Any Pakistani that has spent any amount of time in Pakistan lately can vouch for the human rights issues facing us...but it is kind of hard to find funds to fix them when a new natural disaster happens every...
The problem with carrying an internal weapons bay pod is that it will severely limit the ability of the fighter to maneuver...its almost like carrying a massive fuel tank in a dog fight.
I always wondered how an aircraft as tiny as the LCA would receive significant upgrades such as more powerful radar and engine...is there going to be some sort of redesign or an increase in the size of the airframe?
Well the musharraf era provided foreign companies with a far more stable outlook, FDI has much to do with perception and the current regime inspires no confidence at all, pushing large multinationals away from Pakistan that may have been able to provide immediate jobs and the potential for local...
This kind of short term thinking always handicaps Pakistan in the long term, a country well placed to have its own economic boom. We should be focusing on the infrastructure which would allow us to create a stable economy that grows over the long term, instead of spending the little bit of money...
Buddy, to strike inside India, we don't need a huge fleet of the sort you are talking about. There is a difference between invading and carrying out strategic strikes to prevent the IAF and IA from gaining momentum. 200 f-18s? Seriously, where do you come up with this stuff? Why would we need...
Although it would be nice for PN to have destroyers, I don't think we need them. Japan is an island and South Korea has water on 3 sides, most importantly, they are wealthy nations. Unless PN changes strategy and tries to project its power, I think we will continue to procure versatile...
This really is a cool thread...always been a gym rat...I've been working out since I was 12...so 10 years now...thats what a lack of athletic talent will do to you...but its nice to know there are some other fellow addicts on here.
With plenty of time till induction, it makes perfect sense to test out all possible versions of the aircraft. The whole point of prototypes is to test if such configurations work. The irst may not be in the final aircraft, and if it is, it will have proven itself stealthy enough to not give away...
The problem here is that too many people hold the PAF in such high regard that some of them get carried away. The PAF is an arm of the government of Pakistan which has a very specific purpose, to hold air superiority over our territory...but it can only do so when directed by the government. If...
Wow, a little bit of good news about Pakistan and our neighbors go wild. How do some people bring up the same false points over and over again. We paid for our f-16s, with our money. We are obviously getting j-10b or we would have bought the original model already since it has been in production...
It doesn't make sense even in the slightest for Pakistan to even think about the block 60 and beyond, simply because it would replicate what the j-10b will give us at half the cost.
Anyways, if we could afford a block 60 or theoretical block 70, we would have just bought the rafale or some other...
