Actually no the court ordered the FIR to be lodged at least one month ago yet the government still didn't do that and as time passes the end result will just become a dream.

If court will not put all cases pending and we know who's the angel here :D then he would have given his testimony in court but with every single case pending for 14 months then ofcourse people will come out to the roads.
