I bet majority would not be ready to undergo this training. This is what I call the hardest part of SSG training... Being an unarmed combatant or a sea diver or a paratrooper or a mountaineer is easy... Survival training is the hard part.
Hindsight is mostly 6/6 but in the case of WoT even hindsight has failed miserably. Even today there's debate going on whether we should have had supported US or not.

Retired Army Officers carry a lot respect in the eyes of serving Army soldiers (esp. officers). So opening old cases will just cause a conflict b/w Army and Judiciary which will divert our attention from important and solvable cases such as target killings and blah blah.
Friendly advice; army isn't for you. You'll lose interest in Army in a few years. You're educated enough. Go make a career in some other field. And if you really want to join Army then don't join AMC. It sucks! Trust me. AMC doctors work for hours, are barely paid and hardly get any benefits...
