Kashmir Singh was also guilty and proved in court but wht happens. Musharaf set him free. Then at home he accepted himself that he was spy. Same the case is with Surbjit Singh. He should not be spared. If Musharaf set him free then loyalty of Musharaf with country would be questionable.

I am in doubt about the ability of a military chief who can be threaten just by one call. As military chief is for safeguarding of boarders not to surrendered himself, his army and whole nation. Amaricans themselves quoted that we were not expecting such advancement (cowardness) from Musharaf.

He is a jenuine hero and shaheed off course who saved own peoples. But what about the army officials who killed in operations (against own peoples) like Waziristan, Swat, Dara Bugti and Lal Masjid. Are they heroes or . . . . . . . . . ."

The man who take the country on the line of fire. He is the kind of person who is not worthy of Pakistan Army. Army chief should not be so spineless as he surrendered on just a one call of Amarican official.
