You did not provide any evidence that solid fueled MIRV missiles have liquid fueled stages. The pros and cons of solid and liquid fueled rockets are well known. Having a liquid fueled stage would defeat the entire purpose of having a solid fueled missile in the first place as it would require...
All stages will be solid fueled. That's the whole point of having a solid fueled missile, that is not to spend 30 mins fueling the missile like you do in a liquid fueled missile.
Where were the missiles launched from? Where were the targets? Which missiles were launched?
Ballistic missiles cannot accurately target positions. Only cruise missiles are able to hit targets with pinpoint accuracy at long ranges.
