UFOs seen approaching Shenzhou 9 rocket

The object look rather large to be a satellite. Suppose it pass by above the rocket, that would make it at least as large as the rocket and bigger than the released rocket boosters. AFAIK, satellites should be much smaller than that in that they must be launched into orbit by rockets. Further...

UFOs seen approaching Shenzhou 9 rocket

that FAST and that HOT? I don't think so. And satellites never travel in pairs so closely.

UFOs seen approaching Shenzhou 9 rocket

that was footage from an infrared camera. dust would not be captured because they do not have heat signature. plus, that was a military grade device so whatever was captured existed for real. Good thing about infrared camera is there is no image distortion at high speeds. at 0:36 it is clear...

UFOs seen approaching Shenzhou 9 rocket

Judging from the infrared footage, it can't be a satellite because satellites operate beyond the atmosphere and so are not that hot. if that is a bug or bird it has to be very close to the lens, and from the magnified image it isn't either. Can't be a plane either which are not that fast.

JF-17 Thunder still under evaluation by the PLAAF

2014 is soon lol. and where would Tejas fit? They have Su-30MKI and MiG-29 and Mirage 2000 and getting most likely Rafale. their navy uses MiG-29K. having too many aircraft types would make logistics very difficult

JF-17 Thunder still under evaluation by the PLAAF

Why is it not good? Let me remind you, to date it is still the only operational jet having bump air intakes. It's avionics, weapons, engine are all top notch and are due to be upgraded to state of the art.

JF-17 Thunder still under evaluation by the PLAAF

what do you mean by that? it doesn't which is why it operates J-10s

JF-17 Thunder still under evaluation by the PLAAF

even F-15 is still being upgraded and improved after decades of operation. F-15SE is a case in point. J-10B is many times the capability of J-10A a diamond shape is not good for aerodynamics it would likely be designated J-12 if put into Chinese service

JF-17 Thunder still under evaluation by the PLAAF

I bet to differ. JFT is by no means a small fighter, and with a combat radius of 1,352 km (to be much more in Block 2) it is by no means short legged. It is however, less costly to maintain as compared to a J-10 :P

JF-17 Thunder still under evaluation by the PLAAF

I think PLAAF uses J-10B PAF uses JF-17. better logistics this way
