    Italian envoy cannot leave India

One needs to put the entire picture into focus, the core at which are UNCLOS agreements and adherence of each sovereign nation to them without simply looking at the diplomatic blowback for India in the longer/shorter run. The Italians have simply run roughshod giving no afterthought on the...

    1913-2013 Hundred Years of BOLLYWOOD

Yup, the debate was well done, and the majority of the debate was involved in pushing the envelope wrt freedom of expression in sex, religion, political thought and so on. Pushing the envelope through crass films and letting the audience to dump or boost the film is not the way to show...

    AF-PAK Debate Across the Border.

Amrullah Saleh was also belaboring on the ISI's role for far too long, and i wish he remained more constructive like the Audience in seeking peace by also including the Taliban. He still sees the Taliban as armed mercenaries that could only be brought to the table by force. I was impressed by...

    1913-2013 Hundred Years of BOLLYWOOD

The problem with the majority of the movie audience in India is that they never would want to challenge themselves to see movies that can linger for days, months or even years to come. And every movie need not have a moral to teach, it is sufficient if each has a story to tell, however sombre...

Awami League Media Terrorism - Amardesh publisher arrested

I do not understand as to why should religion be brought to a political discussion ? This Takfiri attitude of declaring someone as a good Muslim and someone as a bad Muslim is precisely the reason why we see Bomb blasts and Daily Diwalis in Pakistan, which will bring much grief to Bangladesh too...

Kashmiri Boy Slaps India With a Million Dollar Question On NDTV

Do you even comprehend what I stated above ? I said the topic was steered towards Pakistan because the context of the debate was of economic integration with South Asia. And hence the anchor began with Pakistan as the reasoning for lesser integration of Kashmir with Delhi in the context of...

Release of Taliban detainees: Pakistan took money, claims ex-Afghan spymast

I still remember Amrullah Saleh's statements in the eve of the Indian embassy attack by the ISI sponsored Haqqani network in Kabul. He was talking about the whereabouts of Osama Bin Laden amongst a host of other things and he pointed out to Manshera as the most likely location. 3 years down the...

Well i don't see any Ababeels flying in India's airspace at will. Some ghairat in allowing Foreigners to kill its own people at whim.

Security Official Stoned to Death for Adultery

I don't understand this honor and "ghairat" when the Mard-e-Momins surrendered en masse to the tune of 93000 personnel to the "un-martial" Indians ? Or when Musharraf bent over to have his country's sovereignty violated over and over again by the "National Birds" aka Ababeels aka Drones while...

Security Official Stoned to Death for Adultery

But isn't Islam supposed to be a "Religion of Peace" wherein Sunnis can live beside Shias and Ahmedis, Muhajirs can live beside Sindhis and Punjabis, and Muslims can live peacefully beside Christians in the "Land of the Pure" ?

Security Official Stoned to Death for Adultery

Madrassah logic at work here, it seems. So because, CIA would make itself culpable of its actions, it does not mention US involvement, but because Hillary is willing to indict herself in supporting Jehadis, she would gleefully accept her Nation's faults. Do they even teach you logical inference...

Security Official Stoned to Death for Adultery

Why don't you do that for a change moron ? It states, IRAN was also supplying US weapons and equipment to the insurgent groups in Afghanistan. Mind you this was during the Shah's regime. But on the other hand, Pakistan also was doing it WITHOUT any involvement of the US Government.
