Great News! However, haven't some of those Eight P-3Cs been delivered already? Also, on the DSCA website, there were 5 P-3H (upgraded P-3Cs, I think), that had been allocated to Pakistan (5-31-06). These aircraft have not been delivered yet; they have received authorization to be supplied.

Here are some specifics (the dates) from the DSCA website on the AH-1Fs Pakistan was allocated under Excess Defense Articles: 40 helos (all AH-1Fs) were allocated (8/19/2003) and accepted (5/31/2004).
