I seriously don't find any need of deploying Rafale or even Su30Mki in our western border......I think deployment of second line of fighters like Mig29 UPG,Mirage 2K9,Tejas Mk2,Jaguar will be more then enough to defend our western border from our adversary....

I agree with you Sancho sir...At present main focus of ADA and DRDO should be on getting FOC for LCA Mk1 and first flight of LCA Mk2...That too before 2014..... Believe me BATMAN if it would have been PAF in place of IAF then they would have accepted this in present configuration as PAF...
