exactly this thing was crossing my mind but i cannot agree with the bolded parts....in case of an all-out indo-pak war,the AWACS would be on 24hrs duty as they will track not only the incomming aircrafts,drones,and cruise missiles but will also play a pivotal role in different dogfights and BVR...

I want our AWACS and indegenous AEWCS systems to be armed with this missile in the future to protect themselves from the "Awacs killers"..can this be done and will this be technologically feasable to destroy an incomming BVRAAM with another??

This is an old news... i've read here only that it would be G-550 conformal AWACS from israel and the platform would be a Gulfstream 550 designed by IAI..any ways i think we need more than 5 (3+2) as even PAF operates 5 awacs and china around 20.
