Its his right to condemn the issue if he wants, people can talk about Pakistan army rights violations if they want. It doesn't change the fact that Indian soldiers have been committing atrocities in IOK for decades.

He's usually the first one to condemn anything bad that happens in Pakistan. IOK is a Pakistani issue too, why shouldn't he say anything. Check his twitter, I feel like you're just arguing just for the sake of it now.

Only in Pakistan where people are killed everyday, security situation is horrible, no electricity, millions of children are not going to school, poor getting poorer, inflation, etc would a prime minister prioritize things like bullet trains and roads rather than the welfare of his people.

Why not build schools, hospitals , or housing for the poor instead? Oh wait that would actually mean doing good for Pakistan, showing off is much easier.
