i dont understand why there is a difference in punjabi korma as compared to karachi korma. i once spent fcuking 10 pounds to order a korma from a desi shop here in UK, and i got a sweet creamy garbage?? can anybody explain this?? i make korma myself and like t, but that desi korma was awfully bad..
