    ^^ That's right. Even in military parades, the special forces have their faces covered. Similar to 'fida'een saddam', (saddams fighters) they always had their faces covered.

    this is normal standard in Iraq. Incompetent management is usual, bureaucratic red tapes, laziness and wrong people in the wrong field.. my father canceled his business venture in Baghdad because of this. Hopefully things will change, more competent people are put in the right place and so on.
