News came in that police force who was guarding the place was attacked by mob. Some people do not have any regard for law. When initially police took over the place as per court's order, they started chanting religious slogans. They forget that they are living in a land where law is above religion.
I am critical of the fact that CSL, Navy and MOD drew up too ambitious timelines for the carrier. For example, just look at the timelines for similar/smaller ships:
INS Vikrant (HMS Hercules - R49) -19500 Tons - Laid down November 1943 - Construction suspended September 1945 - Started again...
Come and get it if you dare. BTW India is happy with what it is having currently. And why Pakistan is always whining for "Resolution of Kashmir" issue? We are not interested.
Yes.....it is a most common thing that had gone wrong. Pakistan acted responsibly and can expect India to reciprocate the same in near future (in case of a genuine mistake).
Good news is that TN is going ahead with Kudnakulam project.
Although there are a good number of projects under planning in India, yet hurdles in execution and implementation are created by NGOs, environment ministry and some other vested interests.
