Agreed with your post , but still we are way ahead then ours neighbors. Loss of submarine will not make big difference ,only it will make india to lease another Akula class submarine.

We still have 6 upgraded kilo class submarine(+ 3 undergoing refit) , 4 U209 and akula class submarine , so it's 10% loss not 20%. We do have Asia's most modern ASW capabilities.
