As a mental health clinician, I have been following his ramblings on other threads and he does present with a pattern of disorganised thinking typical of a psychotic illness. I wish someone who knew him personally would take note and persuade him to seek help. A shame really since he appears to be a nice enough guy

Well I don't ban anybody directly except those members who joins the forum for trolling only and usually has posts below 50.

You should raise your concerns to the WebMaster, Asim or Agno and if they want they can ban him for some time. I usually just follow the simple procedure and take actions accordingly. Please share this link to either of them and they will find the traces of action taken on his account

Well it requires 3 infraction points to get temporary ban. Usually we give one infraction point a time and sometimes 2 points for the repeated violations... and if the warning is issued it has 0 points but a note for moderators to see so if similar violation takes place we can take strict action in future.
