To answer your question here as I do not want to derail that thread.
The actual percentage cannot be guessed at this stage and even if it were the numbers would be inaccurate.
But I can say for certain that the Non-Muslim population percentile is more than 3%.
One example that I would like to put forward is that of Ahmadis. There population number was put at 28,6212 according to the 1998 Census, which by any estimate is grossly inaccurate.
The number of Ahmadis in Pakistan at that time alone was more that 3-4 Million and our census only listed a couple of hundred thousand.
Similarly, if you go through the article I had posted originally, it lists the actual numbers claimed by organizations through their database and not the inaccurate census of Pakistan.
Similarly there is a commonly held belief that minority population is decreasing in Pakistan when in fact it has increased from 1947 in West Pakistan alone.
There were 0.5 million Hindus in West Pakistan according to the 1951 census, today there are more than 4 million.
