Sorry for the late reply. There will be no restrictions on soft armor package. HPPE or Aramid both are acceptable as long as they perform according to Level IIIA.
One of the vest orders got retender and we got 5700 vest from that. I don't have an exact number Pak Army wants to go for. We take it one order at a time. Please email me Aramid specs.

I will have to dig up the technical requirement for the vest. Give me a day or two. Keep in mind that the Army has been using the same requirements since 1995. The new requirements will be along the NIJ .04 standards.

p.s. I don't know for sure if this is still the case but there was another requirement that the vests be manufactured locally.
