I myself am a Pukthoon, these kind of remarks have been heard not from only the Talibans, rather we have even heard such comments from some political and taliban supporter circles in Pakistan, that army is doing killings of Pukhtoons or stuff like that.

So not the first time, those who have their eyes opened, can see the truth,those who have closed eyes, say this BS.

Well, as i said, ask those who label those videos.

Plus, as per common sense, the answer is very easy, propaganda. Use something for their own use. By labeling such videos the way you asked, they propagate and try to give a negative view about the army to their supporters and the intended target, so that people hate army and they get more sympathy and recruits.
