Turkish utility helicopter program are on desicion phrase and Agusta Westland is also a cotender of this program along with Skorsky S-70 helicopter. Turkish undesecretariat of defence industry has demand a list of requirement for the institues that want to participate for TUHP program.

Fully production rights with Aselsan Avionics, communcation, electronic deivces, ECMS with exporting rights are also some of them.
