Besides this famous loop, PAF also has a record of four B-57s in formation loop. B-57 was a huge aircraft with very limited manoeuvrability and low thrust to weight ratio. But PAF pilots managed the formation loop and stunned every B-57 operator country in the world.
Yep, both the 16 plane F-86 formation and 4 plane B-57 formation are world records. How they managed to do a formation loop in that huge bomber, I don't know. But it must have been an amazing sight.
