Iran haters have spread so much doubts abt the jet...now every news seems false.
But i think iran can develop prototype or a scaled down version..building a full fledge 5th generation aircraft at this point of time is dificult.

Its has two small engine , probably two modified Iranian made J-85 or its Turbofan version ( they promised they will make light turbofan engine ) ....

so don't compare it with F22/F35 .... its too early for us to make something comparable to USA current top fighters ( F22/F35 ) ....

from what I see , Qaher has more interesting design .... and about performance , well there is no info so I can't say much about it ...

It should be indigenous J85 (OWJ)
