So what its doing there? Any why not Syria sent Fighters to take it down.

Because it most probably is Shahed-129 UAV, given to Syria by Iran (or perhaps operated by Iranians themselves in Syria), so why should they shoot it down?

the ones who are from Syria or the ones who are from a coalition of 90 foreign country .
